- 1 medium white sweet potato, baked, peeled and cooled
- 2 scoops Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- ½ teaspoon alcohol free vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- Add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse initially to combine, then run on high until ingredients become smooth.
- The frosting is best used immediately. Any remainders can be refrigerated for up to two days.
