  • 1 – 2 cups frozen cauliflower (you can use raw)
  • 1/3 cup flax milk, unsweetened
  • 1 scoop Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
  • 1 1/2 tbs cinnamon (can use more or less depending on your cinnamon obsession)
  • 1/2 tbs coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup diced & roasted butternut squash


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl (or your blender).
  2. Mix together (or puree).
  3. Transfer to a sauce pan to warm up.
  4. Pour into your favorite bowl and scarf!
