Rock’n Shamrock Shake

A redo of your favorite minty treat… made over with vitamin-rich veggies and muscle supporting protein. Seriously delicious! The best part about this shake is that it does not come around only once a year, and you won’t feel guilty about drinking it afterwards! (As a bonus, spilling a little on your shirt will make you pinch proof on St. Patrick’s Day!).

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup almond milk (or milk alternative)
  • 1 scoop Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup ice
  • ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 pitted dates

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender in order listed. Blend until smooth.  
  2. Pour into mug, add a festive straw, and enjoy!
