Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 Cup Smooth Vanilla Nuzest Clean Lean Protein
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 3 Tbs Pumpkin Pie Spice Flavored Liquid Stevia
  • 1/2 – 3/4 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • Vegan, Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips, optional, but HIGHLY recommended!

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Layer in a baking dish and smooth the top.
  3. Cover with chocolate chips (optional).
  4. Bake at 360 degrees for 35 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!
