Power Puff Vegan Marshmallow Fluff

  • Aquafaba (liquid from 13.4 oz container of garbanzo beans)
  • 1 scoop Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
  • 2 tablespoons coconut nectar
  • 1 tablespoon alcohol-free vanilla


  1. Add all ingredients to a stand mixer.
  2. Whip the mixture for approximately 5 minutes or until stiff peaks are achieved.
  3. For best results, use immediately. Can be refrigerated and freshly re-whipped for up to 2 days.
