More Power Less Flour Blondies

These flourless blondies from Press Start Nutrition make a great snack or dessert. Plus, they are packed with protein and fiber and contain no grains or flour. They are vegan friendly too and are a guaranteed crowd pleaser!


  • 1 Ripe banana
  • 15 oz can chickpeas, drained
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mix - ins (such as raisins or chocolate chips)


  1. Preheat oven to 350 and spray an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. Combine all ingredients except “mix ins” in a food processor or blender until pretty even.
  3. Fold in mix-ins (optional)
  4. Pour all batter into prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean (doesn’t matter that much since they are vegan).
  5. Cut into 12 squares and enjoy!
