Pink Pitaya Smoothie

Pitaya is the fruit of several different cactus species and is sometimes also referred to as “dragon fruit.” It contains vitamins A, B2, B3, and C, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, and calcium. This recipe also contains elderberry syrup, which is great for immune support, along with Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein to keep you full and satisfied. PLUS, it’s really pretty to look at!

Ingredients

  • 1 packet frozen pitaya
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 c frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 frozen avocado
  • 1/3 c frozen cauliflower
  • cinnamon
  • 1 tsp elderberry syrup
  • 1 scoop Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
  • 1 scoop collagen
  • 1 tsp goji berries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maca
  • banana + kiwi + bee pollen for toppings
  • plant-based yogurt swirl

Method

Blend all ingredients together.

Layer / swirl with plant-based yogurt and top with fresh banana and kiwi slices and bee pollen.
