Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
  • 1 scoop Nuzest Just Fruit & Veg, Wild Berry
  • 1 scoop peanut flour, use Nuzest scoop
  • ⅓ cup applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon alcohol free vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons coconut nectar, or preferred liquid sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • Desired toppings (shown with cacao nibs and strawberries)

Method

  1. Add dry ingredients to a medium size mixing bowl and combine. Add applesauce, vanilla, coconut nectar, and almond butter. Stir to combine.  
  2. Scoop approximately 2 tablespoons of mixture into palms and gently roll into 2 inch balls. Eat as is, or roll balls in desired toppings.
  3. These are totally delicious with cacao nibs and strawberries (as shown).

 

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
