Ingredients

  • Scant ½ cup almond milk (or milk alternative)
  • 2 scoops Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
  • 2 scoops peanut flour (use Nuzest scoop; peanut flour such as Anthony’s Goods)
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon alcohol-free vanilla
  • Pinch of salt, add to taste

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a small bowl and combine.
  2. Add your favorite toppings.  
  3. That’s it! (except for saying “yum” every few bites…)
