Muscle Building Almond Milk

  • 1 cup almonds, soaked overnight and drained
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 2 scoops Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
  • 1 tablespoon alcohol free vanilla
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Add almonds and water to a high powered blender in order listed. Blend until smooth, approx. 2 minutes.  
  2. Strain off milk from nut pulp using a strainer or nut milk bag.
  3. Return the milk to the blender and add the remaining ingredients. Blend to combine.
  4. Pour into a mug, add a fun straw, and enjoy!
