Layered Seed Cycling Freezer Fudge Bites

Are you familiar with seed cycling? Seed cycling is the rotation of different seeds into one’s diet at different times in one’s hormonal cycle. These layered seed cycling freezer fudge bites are an easy recipe to add to your protocol.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup tahini
  • 2.5 scoops Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
  • 2.5 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • 3/4 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sun butter
  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 3 scoops Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein

Method

Vanilla layer
3/4 cup full fat coconut milk
3/4 cup tahini
2.5 scoops Smooth vanilla Clean Lean Protein
2.5 tbsp melted coconut oil
Cinnamon to taste
Chocolate layer
3/4 cup full fat coconut milk
1/2 cup sunbutter
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
3 scoops Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein
Cinnamon to taste
Instructions:
Mix vanilla layer in a bowl until evenly combined, scoop into lined muffin tins, spreading evenly with a spoon or a spatula. Freeze. Meanwhile mix the chocolate layer until evenly combined. Then smooth on top of the vanilla layer into the lined muffin tins and freeze again. Option to add some chocolate chips.
