1 lb. broccoli, steamed
2 cups lowfat cottage cheese
½ cup nutritional yeast
2 scoop Nuzest Just Natural Clean Lean Protein
½ cup vegetable broth
1 tablespoon coconut oil
½ teaspoon salt
- Add all ingredients in the order listed to a high powered blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add additional broth to your desired thickness.
- To increase the temperature of the soup, run the blender on high for an additional 3-5 minutes.
