Ingredients

  • 1 can garbanzo beans
  • 1 whole lemon
  • 4 tbs nutritional yeast 
  • 2 cups spinach 
  • 1 tbs Nuzest Clean Lean Protein Just Natural
  • 1 can artichokes 
  • Sprinkle sea salt to taste
  • Optional: Add a little bit of maple syrup for just a touch of sweet

  1. All all ingredients to a food processor and blend.
