Banana Nut Squares

Bake these Banana Nut Squares for tomorrow’s breakfast or mid-day pick-me-up! These bars are gluten free, and filled with fiber and protein!

Each serving has approximately 20 grams of protein & only 250 calories.

  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 very ripe mashed banana
  • 2 organic eggs
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 150 g of protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Dash of sea salt


  1. Whisk together 1/4 cup cottage cheese (I used @goodculture duh!), 1 very ripe mashed banana and 2 organic eggs (I used @organicvalley) in a mixer or by hand.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine 2 cups almond flour (I used @honeyvillegrain), 150g of protein powder (I used 6 scoops of Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein), 1/4 tsp baking soda, dash of cinnamon and a dash of sea salt.
  3. Combine wet with dry ingredients.
  4. Bake in a 9×9 inch baking pan at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
