- 9 egg whites
- 1 cup Nuzest Just Natural Clean Lean Protein
- 1/4 cup fine ground psyllium husk
1. Beat egg whites with an electric mixer or stand mixer until fluffy and peaks form (about 2-3 minutes).
2. Mix Nuzest Clean Lean Protein and psyllium together then gently fold into bowl with egg whites.
3. Line a standard bread loaf pan with parchment paper and pour in batter.
4. Bake @ 325 F. for about 30 minutes.
